Soji Ogunnaike is a TV and Film producer, director, editor, colourist, animator and consultant with over 20 years’ experience. After spending a few years in the industry and getting his big break being the youngest Technical Director on the Big Brother Nigeria Show in 2006, he founded 601 Realtime, a TV/film production company that produced directed several TV commercials, TV Shows and Documentaries. He went on to found Rushing Tap, a video production and marketing Agency, based in Lagos, Nigeria. Rushing Tap has continued to help brands to create high value video content to achieve their goals. Rushing Tap has also forayed into creating original content like Plus 234, a drama series and POV, a short form series.
In 2022, Rushing Tap went into a strategic partnership with POV Studios, a conglomerate of Nigerian investors and this led to the birth of Rushing Tap Studios, that houses 3 soundstages, support spaces and high end equipment for hire.
With the setup of the studios, Soji led the team to produce and direct TV shows like Cowbellpedia TV Quiz Gameshow, TV series like Checkout, Nigeria’s first 120 episode series set entirely in a supermarket and most recently, Dead Tide, an action film that hit Nigerian cinemas on August 1st 2025.
Business Development Manager
Richard leads efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and digital platforms. He develops winning proposals, negotiates contracts, and closes deals that fuel the company’s growth. Richard also manages and nurtures client relationships to ensure repeat business, while working closely with production and creative teams to deliver outstanding projects.
With a strong focus on revenue targets and performance tracking, he plays a key role in driving Rushing Tap’s expansion and market presence.
Studios Head
Samson Idowu is a storyteller, voice actor, and media professional with broad experience in video production, radio, and photography. Skilled in directing, cinematography, editing, and voice work, he has created documentaries, interviews, events, BTS, music videos, and short films.
As Studios Head & Team Lead at Rushing Tap, Samson manages production, business operations, and facility use while guiding the delivery of high-quality content. He produced The Future Awards Africa 2022 & 2023, providing outstanding visuals, voice-overs, and audio experiences.
Passionate about media’s power to inform and inspire, Samson brings creativity and precision whether behind the camera, at the microphone, or in the editing suite helping establish Rushing Tap as a home for world-class storytelling and production.
Administrative
As an admin in a production studio, Temi keeps the day-to-day operations organized. He handles calls, emails, scheduling, paperwork, manages records, support the team with logistics, and make sure communication flows smoothly so everything runs efficiently behind the scenes
Facility Manager
As a facility manager in a production studio, I make sure everything runs smoothly—from the building to the equipment and safety.
I handle maintenance, prepare and schedule spaces for shoots, oversee gear, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with vendors so the team can focus fully on production.
Equipment Manager
As an equipment manager in a production studio, I’m in charge of all the gear. I make sure cameras, lights, sound systems, and other tools are available, well-maintained, and ready to use.
I track inventory, handle repairs or replacements, and ensure everything is set up and packed down properly so production runs without delays.
